Information we collect

Name, email, phone, event details you submit through our forms, and basic analytics about how you use the site.

How we use it

To respond to your booking and contact requests, send newsletters you've opted into, and improve our service. We never sell your information.

Cookies

We use cookies for essential site functionality and anonymous analytics.

Email engagement

For service emails we send about your booking, we may include a small first-party image and record when one of our own links is visited, so we can tell whether an important message was likely seen. These signals are approximate and often wrong in both directions: privacy features and security scanners can register activity you never performed, and blocked images can hide activity you did. We do not store IP addresses, device fingerprints, or tracking cookies for this. Owner-only notifications, sign-in and security emails, and emails Square sends about invoices are not included.
