Terms of Service

By booking with Zanmi in the Backyard you agree to the following terms.

Deposits & Payment

A $150 deposit secures your date. Balance due 48 hours before your event. We accept Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and credit card.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days before your event, 50% refundable up to 7 days. Within 7 days deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future date.

Weather

If conditions are unsafe within 48 hours of your event we'll reschedule at no charge, or refund your deposit.

Property & Liability

Client is responsible for ensuring the event location is safe and accessible for setup. Damage to equipment from negligence may be billed at replacement cost.
